Article 1 (Application): This agreement shall apply to any relationship between users and our company relating to use of the service.

Article 2 (Usage fee and payment method): 1 to 30 people are free, and 31 to 200 people are required 11,000 yen (tax included). For more than 201 people, we will contact you from the inquiry and present the amount. If you use more than the number of people without purchasing, we will charge the amount if you use it beyond by analysis. We may identify and contact you only in the case of unauthorized use with a standard plan of 31 or more people with a free plan.

Article 3 (Prohibited item): Users shall not use the Service in any of the following ways:

• (1) Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
• (2) Acts related to criminal acts
• (3) Acts that destroys or interferes with the functionality of our servers or networks
• (4) Acts that may disrupt the operation of our services
• (5) Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. concerning other users
• (6) Acts that impersonate other users
• (7) Acts that directly or indirectly benefit anti-social forces in connection with our services
• (8) Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 4 (Suspension of the provision of the Service, etc.): The Company may stop or suspend the provision of the Service in whole or in part without prior notice to the user if it is judged that there are any of the following reasons. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by users or third parties as a result of suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, for any reason whatsoever.

• (1) When performing maintenance checks or updates on computer systems pertaining to the Services
• (2) When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power failure or natural disaster
• (3) When a computer or a communication line is shut down due to an accident
• (4) Other cases where the Company determines that it is difficult to provide the Service
• (5) If this application (our rights) has been transferred

Article 5 (Disclaimer): Our liability for default shall be exempted unless it is based on our intention or gross negligence. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications or disputes arising between the User, other users or third parties with respect to the Service.

Article 6 (Change of Service Contents, etc.): The Company may change the contents of the Service or stop providing the Service without notifying the User, and is not responsible for any damage caused to the User.

Article 7 (Change of Terms of Use) The Company may change this Agreement at any time without notifying the user if we deem it necessary.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed under the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court which exercises jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the company.
